Shipping policy

We offer two delivery methods: Local delivery, and Standard delivery (products are sent from China). The logistics information is traceable throughout. 

I. Local delivery

We provide you with the safest and fastest delivery: products purchased from  website delivered by UPS USPS Amazon Shipping + Amazon MCF.
 
Please allow 2-3 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 5 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.

Notes: 1. For local delivery services, an extra fee is charged. 2. For orders to Canada and the UK, the Local/FedEx delivery service is not available at the moment.

II. Standard Delivery

If some products are out of stock in Amazon’s  or local warehouse, we will use international logistics to deliver the parcels. Nuptio's warehouse is closed to the seaport and airport and has abundant international logistics channels for a variety of flexible deliveries. Specific shipping and delivery information is as follows:

III. Logistic Tracking

The whole shipping process is traceable. You can copy the tracking number and search it on www.17track.net to track your parcel.
